PEB Batam. The research method uses descriptive analytical method, this type of research is descriptive and descriptive, namely this research is descriptive explanative. The population of this research is all administrative employees of PT. PEB Batam is 154 employee. The sample of this research was 154 employee at PT. PEB Batam. The sampling technique uses a census. Data was collected with a list of questions in the questionnaire and documentation research. To process data counting, this research uses a path of analysis, processing data using IBM SPSS computer program ver. 23. The results of this research revealed that there are significant and positive impacts, directly all dependent variables on the independent variables, this research found an indirect impact between organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction, organizational culture impact on performance through job satisfaction, data analysis provides a direct effect of variable Organizational culture towards employees through job satisfaction.

The objectives of this study were to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture,... more The objectives of this study were to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and motivation toward the work behavior and the lecturer performance, and the work behavior toward the lecturer performance. This research method use quantitative method. The respondents of this research were 157 lecturers in Batam, using census method. The data was gathered by questionnaire and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square. The results of the research found that the leadership has significantly influenced the work behavior, the organizational culture has significantly influenced the work behavior, the leadership has significantly influenced the work behavior, the motivation has significantly influenced the work behavior, the leadership has insignificantly influenced the lecturers' performance, the organizational culture has insignificantly influenced the lecturers' performance, and the work behavior has significantly influenced the lecturers' performance.

Continuous extra attention is needed so that employee performance gets optimal evidence. By focusing on leadership styles, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, this study attempts to select how these three factors transmit the performance of 'Resort X's employees in the Anambas (Province of Riau Islands, Indonesia). The sample involves the entire population to be asked for information related to relevant questions about these variables through census techniques. After the questionnaires were distributed and collected, data validation was applied using multiple linear regression methods and IBM SPSS. Effects simultaneously and partially describe that leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction play a significant role in employee performance. Despite the disruption caused by the global pandemic, it did not change employees' productivity in promoting and attracting tourist visits. Tourist destinations need to adapt and strive for recovery through optimal resources.

The sample in this research is 150 taxpayers selected from 250 taxpayers registered at Large Taxpayer Office Two. This research is using questionnaire as an instrument of data collection that is related to Excellence Service, Integrity of Tax Officer, and Electronic Tax Reporting to Tax Revenue. Based on the result of this research is found, there is a positive effect of Excellence Service, Integrity of Tax Officer, and Electronic Tax Reporting to Tax Revenue. Through significance test by using F distribution, it is obtained the value of Fcalculate is 55.345. Meanwhile Ftabel is 2.670. So, Fcalculate is 55.345 > Ftabel is 2.670. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This case showed that excellence service, integrity of tax officer, and electronic tax reporting simultaneously can improve tax revenue of Large Taxpayer Office Two. The value of Determination Coefficient that is obtained from 0.729. This research showed that 53.2% variable on Tax Revenue is caused by Excellence Service, Integrity of Tax Officer, and Electronic Tax Reporting. Thus, 46.8% remains caused by others.

Implementasi Good University Governance pada universitas swasta mempunyai tingkat resiko yang tinggi terhadap konflik kepentingan antara pengurus yayasan selaku penyelenggara dan civitas akademika internal selaku pengelola operasional. Pengurus yayasan selaku principal merasa memiliki hak otoritas yang tinggi, sehingga tanpa disadari melakukan intervensi dalam teknis proses pengelolaan akademik. Intervensi pengurus yayasan dalam teknis pengelolaan operasional akademik dapat memberikan suasana layanan akademik yang kurang kondusif dan lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung pendidikan dan penelitian yang berkualitas. Best practice Good University Governance tercermin dari keterpisahan pengelola dan pemilik, dan pengelolaan sistem pendidikan dilaksanakan secara mandiri, transparan dan akuntabel, serta pentingnya pemilik menyerahkan kepada tenaga professional yang lebih mengerti dalam menjalankan pengelolaan universitas. Untuk penerapan good university governance yang mandiri, transparan dan akuntabel perlu di rumuskan kerangka kebijakan, dan Implementasi kerangka kebijakan. Legitimasi penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan universitas yang didasari pada rasa saling percaya dan kerjasama diantara para pengurus adalah lebih penting, dibandingkan dengan bentuk dan struktur untuk kepartisipasian didalam urusan yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan rutinitas universitas.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory case research study dan Multiple Regression Analysis, dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas alpha cronbach untuk instrumen penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru Yayasan KBB sebanyak 101 guru. Sampel sebanyak 101 responden dengan Teknik sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Vocational education graduates are indicated having the very low competence and cannot meet the e... more Vocational education graduates are indicated having the very low competence and cannot meet the expectations of the work requirement, it has an impact on lower absorption of employment for vocational education regionally and nationally. In order to meet the needs of the job competence, vocational students should have good work skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the need for skills of work consisting of soft skills and hard skills for vocational education students of mechanical engineering. This research was quantitative descriptive analysis conducted by using Dacum approach. The sample of the study consisted of 100 respondents, comprising industry practitioners, vocational education practitioners, and relevant expert of vocational education in engineering. Based on the analysis, there are 27 items of soft skills and 67 items of hard skills recommended for works for vocational students. Based on the analysis, the findings will be used as a reference for developing a leanbased learning model to improve the work skills of vocational students of mechanical engineering.

This type of research includes quantitative research. The population of research is PT. AEI employee of permanent as many as 154. The technique of the sampling used samples of saturated, respondents of this research were 154 respondents. Data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS. The research of the results are: commitment of organizational has a significant influence on performance of employee, motivation of work has a significant influence on performance of employee, ability of work has a significant influence on performance of employee, and the environment of work has a significant influence on performance of employee. The results of the research simultaneously show that all of variables have significant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to investigate the factors that influence non-performing financing (NPF) at Islam... more This study aims to investigate the factors that influence non-performing financing (NPF) at Islamic rural banks (BPR) in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data used in this study was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely in 2020. This study uses a data panel consisting of 128 Sharia BPRs throughout Indonesia. The analysis used is panel data analysis by choosing the best model between common effect (CE), fixed effect (FE), and random effect (FE). Data analysis was also carried out on: (1) large and small Sharia BPRs; (2) BPR located on the island of Java and outside the island of Java. The results found that the variable that had a strong influence on NPF during the covid-19 pandemic was economic growth as proxied by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Good performance that company haved will be achieved if productivity working of staff that haved progress or imptovement.Many factors can give effect to make good performance staff of a company, include staff themselves or any environment of company. The factors can give determinant such as facilities, discipline and leadership like in this research. The objective of this research is to know find out facilities, discipline and leadership make significant determination toward staff performance in B`Right PLN Batam. Population of this research is 107 staffs and sample is 85 staffs. Method of this research is assosiatif explanatory, that to give descript the relation between variables of research. Result of the research shown determination coefficient is 0.604, that have meaning 60.4% of performance affected by facilities, discipline and leadership, the other percent affected by another factors that not investigated in this research.
