Prerequisites
  • Mission: Ran Fa Li
  • Location: Woozie's office, Chinatown, San Fierro

After the cutscene, get into the decoy car, and drive to Angel Pine. When you reach the red marker, some bikes will start chasing you. From this point, it's just like a street race. Follow the path of red markers. The bikers will try to shoot you, but if you have an SMG, you can shoot back. Be careful not to let the bikers damage your car too much (there will be an on-screen message minding you that when it is damaged enough) or they will know Ran Fa Li is not inside.

Once you get to the gas station southeast of Angel Pine, you complete the mission.
