This paper presents how these practices have become an integral part of hidden curriculum shown unknowingly, unwillingly and unconsciously by the schools and society. This letter is addressing issues in rural contexts, because urban India is very progressive and the concept of sexual conservatism is gradually eradicating from society. The impact of such issues is very clear; one can see a vast special feature between rural and urban girls. Self-level, self-confidence, career development and many more. In addition, the other side of gender, i.e., showing the male patriarchal society. Patriarchal society (supremacist) inhibits the way other gender progresses, resulting into prevention of overall development. The root cause of such a convention thinking falls under the quilt of knowledge. It is very important to develop moral values, gender sensitization and gender equality at primary schooling level. To achieve this, the school curriculum must be designed gender neutral and not gender inclusive. Thus, it can shape up the primary thinking towards gender stereotype notions into a matured gender equality one.

This disinterest could be easily seen among them while assessments. Students who rely mostly on factual domain of cognitive memory, prefer to memorize the things rather than to understand, apply, analyze and evaluate the knowledge. This weakens the reasoning and analytical memory skills of students. With the help of formative and summative assessments a teacher can always evaluate a learner’s progress. This research study is comparing and drawing the line of inferences between the techniques of e-assessment of a learning management system (LMS) and the traditional approach of assessment. Here I have tried to figure out the impact of e-assessment on students, and how it is beneficial to them. Machine learning is widely used in computer science and other fields. The implementation of learning algorithms has now been associated with search engines like Google, Bing, Face book, Emails and Google Maps. It has developed various algorithms getting used for text interpretation, pattern recognition, data mining, face recognition and computational biology. This paper presents an analytical study of implementation of biometric system for attendance and its impact on student-teacher attendance in a Modern Educational Organization. We will be also monitoring, analyzing and comparing this learning experience with help of available learning algorithms.

Plenty of online tools and learning management systems are available to guide learners. One of such most effective, highly used resources are advent of digital libraries. Before the advent of libraries digitization, users had paid learning systems and services. One can have access to learning audios, videos or texts only after becoming a paid member. The cons to this kind of service is that user has no idea about relevancy of contents present on the website related to the topic. This way online learning once was asset of financially high class of people. However, with the initiative of e-learning programs by NMEICT, MHRD, now studies have become approachable to all financial class learners providing free education with apt and most relevant contents related to topic. This paper is presenting a study on era that has begun after invocation of digital libraries in India. Here highlighting the arenas of e-PG Pathshala delineating its features and impact upon society. Its usefulness for all needs of information, providing multidisciplinary approach to around seventy subjects. A student who may not be studying at reputed institutions like IIT, NIT, IIM, AIMS, IISC etc. but wants to gain knowledge from learned faculties or students belonging to such institutes. For them the ease has arrived at just a click away by visiting e-learning platforms or by subscribing on channel partners. This research paper has stressed upon the use of cloud technique of e-assessment. Assessing and storing data at a cloud platform is always preferable than on a standalone desktop application. This is because in presence of data and network connectivity, cloud servers can be assessed anytime at anyplace over any medium like smart phones, tablets, desktops or laptops. We just need to have our login credentials with a WiFi network or LAN connectivity so the learning could never get hamper.
