Laktatna racemaza (EC 5.1.2.1, mlečna racemaza, hidroksikiselinska racemaza, mlečno kiselinska racemaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom laktat racemaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
