#1 Patch for Multi-Monitor Support
These files fix 3 multi monitor issues. These occur when the monitor is left or on top of main monitor(negative x or y coordinates). The first is not remembering which monitor it was on when it closed last. If it was on the other monitor it will come back on the primary monitor. The second is when you right click on the tree view the popup shows up on the right side of primary monitor. Third and related to the last issue, not matter which item you right click on it will operate on the current one.
I've also included the exe file for those of you who don't know how to compile it. Replace the guide.exe in your current installation. Use at your own risk.
