If you don’t live near a Chinatown this recipe is for you. Save and share with a friend who loves fresh thick rice noodles. Please see my recipe below: 2C Rice flour 1C tapioca flour 3C water 1tsp salt 1Tbs neutral oil plus more for brushing Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth then let the batter rest for 30 min. This allows the flour to get hydrated Lightly oil your pan then, then pour a thin layer of the batter covering the entire pan Steam for 2-3 min on high heat Make sure to lightly oil each sheet so they don’t stick together. Cut into noodles"

I modified the portions smaller in my peanut dipping sauce because I made I big batch for a lot of people.
