I find myself beginning every roundup with the cliché of time passing by in a heartbeat. Despite all the challenges and loss, perhaps Covid has left us the legacy of committing to doing less and experiencing more. I’ll be doing that next year as I head to India for six whole weeks. Before starting the 'to do list' and getting swept up in doing, check in with your energy, as intention makes it all easier. ⁠ ⁠ Mauli Tip: Try start the day with a chanting breath technique (Udgeeth Pranayama). You simply chant the “Om” mantra (either out loud or silently in your head) with slow belly breaths. This pranayama helps strengthen mental concentration, focus and also helps reduce negative thoughts and emotions. Setting the day up for success.⁠ ⁠
