Over stuffed shells. Boil shells as directed. Ricott mix: in a medium size bowl mix ricotta cheese, spinach to your likings, 3 cloves of garlic,1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated. Brown hamburger meat, season with salt, pepper and garlic pour in you favorite spaghetti sauce. Line the bottom of casserole pan with a thin layer of sauce (this is so they don't stick) stuff shells, place on sauce bed, line them close to each other then put remaining sauce on top of shells bake on 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min.
