When I go in my attic the blown-in insulation covers all the wiring running across the ceiling joists so I’m often stepping on these wires. Wiring is not typically installed like this because it saves money on material. If you use something like Ti-D wire, you’ll be paying more for material, so it’s up to you if it’s worth it. Your builder or electrician can probably give you a rough estimate on the increased cost.
