Stephanie Cox🤍 Lifestyle, Foodie, Motherhood on Instagram: "Dish up dinner with me… one pot chicken fajita orzo 🍽️ Ingredients: * 2 chicken breasts, diced * 1 red onion sliced * 1/2 red pepper sliced * 1/2 green pepper sliced * 3 garlic cloves finely chopped * 1 packet of fajita seasoning (the bbq seasoning is also delicious) * 1 chicken stock pot * 350ml water * 200g orzo * 2 tbsp creme fraiche * Cheese - measure with your heart 😂 Fry the chicken off then add the onion, garlic & peppers. Cook for a few mins. Add the fajita seasoning, orzo, stock pot & water and simmer until cooked (covered) for approx 10 mins on a medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the orzo is cooked, add the creme fraiche & cheese & mix together well. Serve with a little extra cheese on top. #dishup
