The Flame of New Orleans 1941 "Creole Society"

In This amazing Antbellum New Orleans movie, a countess from Europe decides to put down roots in New Orleans, before arriving in New Orleans she apparently spent time in St Petersburg Russia and at some point even Paris, and of all the cities in America she could have gone to, New Orleans is where she decided to come to, It must have been Paris where she heard of New Orleans and it's Creoles, so our heroine ( Or villainess ) once she arrives in New Orleans, goes straight to the Aristocratic hub "The French Opera House" where she faints to attract attention from any potential single Creole Gentlemen, and she does, one rather elderly Creole gentlemen but he is head over heels and literally swooning over her, so is all of New Orleans Creole Society who is rather intrigued by her peculiar antics, and all is stable and acceptable for she is a countess from Europe right......only one thing is, she's not really a countess, she's more like a scammer, living double lives, a conniving manipulative Belle who has had multiple identities, and she had to try many things to cover her tracks up, Evidently she couldn't fix her fiascos in Europe so she wanted a new start in The New world, but holding on to a new identity proves to be hard when the Creoles grow suspicious of her antics and to add on to that, she starts catching feelings for a common sailor man, will she last, before the creole aristocracy finds out she's a Manipulative scammer and alienates her from New Orleans society.
