Peter Westbrook

Peter Jonathan Westbrook (April 16, 1952 – November 29, 2024) was an American saber fencer. He was a 13-time national and 3-time Pan American Games saber champion. He won a bronze medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics. He was also the founder of the Peter Westbrook Foundation (PWF), a non-profit organization that uses fencing as a way to help young people in New York City communities. Westbrook was born in St. Louis, Missouri.
Westbrook died from liver cancer at a hospital in New York City on November 29, 2024, at the age of 72.[1][2]
