When you put out a VERY promotional article with several sources that don't mention the subject and others that are pretty clear paid articles, it will be edited. Similar notability requirements and sourcing requirements are on both sides.  Likewise, how tags work and how they should be removed are the same on both sites.  There are serious issues with the article - you put two sources that don't even mention the article subject!  You used his own bio as a source for some fantastic marketing fluff, which has no business being in the article, let alone using the bio for anything other then basic facts.  If this was the English wikipedia, this would be moved to draft space where you'd have the time to work on it.  That doesn't exist here. :For cases when it's pretty clear, the [[WP:QD|Quick Delete]] process works well.  That's what I used on the [[Rana Khattar‎]] page by adding the {{tl|qd}} template, along with the reason code.  If the quick delete criteria doesn't apply, you should follow the directions at [[WP:RFD]] and start a request for deletion which invites comments from more editors and is open for a longer time. First, there's a complete lack of good [[WP:RS|reliable sources]] - sources that are independent of the article subject, that are focused on the subject and have indepth coverage of the subject.  No blogs, interviews, forum posts, paid-for articles - good sources.  Second, the person does not meet the [[WP:GNG]] or [[WP:NACTOR]] criteria for notability. Finally, the article is written in an incredibly promotional tone.  Wikipedia is not the place for you to promote your client (and read [[w:WP:PAID]] which you pretty clearly qualify), and it's not a place where everyone should have an article. I didn't find enough to support how this person meets the [[WP:CREATIVE]] criteria for notability. The one article is borderline at best, as it's really a promotional piece for an appearance.  It's better than nothing, but it really needs several good sources.  That's what is triggering the declines on your draft on en, and I would suggest that is where you focus your efforts rather than trying to split your time. :It's an somewhat complex article that was created by an IP sock of [[Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Vanderpumpstan]].  Their articles typically have complex writing that's often very, very detailed, full of trivial details and use questionable sources and primary sources (anything on BravoTV that's related to the Real Housewives and related shows is going to be primary).  They've dropped enough junk articles both here and on enwiki that if the articles can't be deleted, I'll give a quick scan for obvious things and then tag from there. Take the Richards article - crazy number of redlinks here that many should be removed, the relationships section is a bit tabloidish and could be reduced, the criminal history section probably should be removed under [[w:WP:BLPCRIME]] as the article only has details on the arrest, nothing further.
