D-prolin reduktaza (ditiol) (EC 1.21.4.1, D-proline reductase (dithiol)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5-aminopentanoat:lipoat oksidoreduktaza (ciklizacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 5-aminopentanoat + lipoat D-prolin + dihidrolipoat
Reakcija se odviaj u smeru redukcije D-prolina. Drugi ditioli mogu da deluju kao redukujući agensi.
