Penguin snow slide! I put garland down first, then lights, then fluffy snow. The garland helps attach the snow. I sewed a piece of thread through the back of each penguin and then around the banister to hold them upright.

Christmas penguins sledding on stair banister decoration. Saw a version of this on pinterest and added a few things. Attached long sheet of display snow on the banister, added 5" white wire ribbon in "waves" to create the look of hills/ moguls, threw in some sparkly garland and a couple of candy cane ornaments, and of course the super cute beanie boo penguins (held on with white pipe cleaner)
