Vintage Quilt - Crafter Condition
This quilt has been very well loved and is in very tattered condition. The pattern name is unknown however there are large corner squares (4.5" x 4.5") sashed with strips of 2.5" and 1.75" squares. The fabrics used are in various shades and patterns of blues, reds, pinks and yellows. The sashing for the blocks is a neutral with faded brown flowers. The backing is a faded brown print fabric. There is no quilting present, the quilt is tied at each corner of the squares that make up the blocks. This is a heavy, thick quilt. The tears in the front and backing show a knit blanket was used for batting. There are visible rips, holes, stains and seam separation. This quilt has not been washed by me. Measures 70" x 86".
