So texturally satisfying and so tasty!! #joyfulfood #christmasfood Ingredients: - 1 x 85g pack jelly (any flavour - I did one apple and one watermelon) - 1 x cup marshmallows (I used four giant ones, chopped) Method: - Brush a shallow baking tray with a little neutral cooking oil (I use rice bran). This just helps the roll come out of the tin. - Mix 1 packet of jelly with 1/2 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve. - Add the chopped marshmallows and microwave for 40seconds. Whisk until smooth and pour into the greased tray. Place in the fridge for 1hr or until set. The mix will separate into two layers. Roll the set mix into a log and slice them up!! You’ll love it! 💗 POTATO CANDY✨1 small to medium potato✨4-5 Cups of Sugar✨Dash of Vanilla✨Dash of Salt✨1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut ButterWash, peel, and dice your potato. Boil until fork tender. Drain and mash until there are no lumps. Add your mashed potatoes into a food mixer and add vanilla and salt. Begin adding powdered sugar in increments until dough forms. Roll out parchment paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Transfer the dough to the parchment and begin rolling out with a rolling pin that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar (to avoid sticking). Roll the dough flat, about 1/2 inch thick. Top with your peanut butter and spread to the edges. Then start rolling the dough into itself, forming a log, separating from the parchment paper carefully. When it is completely rolled up, wrap it in Saran Wrap and place in the freezer for an hour. After that hour, slice and enjoy! 💗...#unique #creatorsearchinsights #oldrecipe #southern #south #potato #candy #sweet #yum #fyp #foryou #foryourpage #easy #dessert #holiday #capcut #treat | Meghan Lynn

Try this easy fudge recipe but in the microwave so you don't have to deal with the hot stove top. Get a microwave safe bowl. You sipped in one pound of powdered sugar with a half of a cup of cocoa powder. Just sipped it all together. One fourth cup of milk is eight tablespoons of butter. And 10 regular size marshmallows. And that's what it looks like. Do not stir. Microwave for 3 minutes on high. In three minutes in the microwave this is what it looks like. Now mix it up. Now add one teaspoon of vanilla. And a half a cup of chopped pecans. Mix it up. And that's how it looks. Now pour it into a pan. And that's how it looks. Malted milk balls. You know like the whoppers. Only three ingredients. I'm going to mix them. Let me show you how. Just set up a double boiler and add one cup of white chocolate chips. Mix it up and melt it down. This should take just like three to 4 minutes. And while you wait for that to melt go ahead and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. And once your white chocolate is all nice and melted just like that turn off your heat. Slowly add in a half of a cup of the malted milk powder. Just do like a little bit at a time. You want it to be stiff enough that you can form little balls. Once you have that bit mixed in, go ahead and add some more. And it's just getting thicker as I add more. So now I'm just going to add the rest. Just like that and just mix it up again. If you need to add in more malted powder to make it even thicker to where you can form balls. Add about a tablespoon at a time and allow this to cool for 2 minutes. And after a few minutes of cooling it's able to be formed into balls. So go ahead and just take a pinch as big or as little as you like. Roll it up just like that and put it on your pan. They don't have to be perfect. They're homemade. Do this with all your dough. And once you've rolled all your dough, this is how it looks. Now put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes. While those are in the freezer, get your double boiler going again. Melt down one cup of dark chocolate or milk chocolate, whatever kind of chocolate you like. Once your chocolate's completely melted, get your frozen moth balls, dip it, drip it, put it on your pan. Once you've dip your frozen malt balls and chocolate, go ahead and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes to set. And once the chocolate's completely set, this is how they look. Homemade.
