Agudo is a municipality in Rio Grande do Sul, the soothmaist state o Brazil. Its elevation is 83 meters abuin sealevel. The total aurie is 553,1 km² and the population was estimated at 17,833 in 2004.

In 2001 a fossil o a dinosaur wis foond in Agudos an efter the analysis o its skelet, it wis reportit tae be a new species o ornithischian dinosaur, namit sacisaur (Sacisaurus agudoensis) efter the evidence that the skelet missed the bones o ane o its leg.
