Real Food Recipes are recipes created using ingredients as close to their natural state as possible. These include whole grains, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, fish, meat, and eggs. When a recipe uses processed ingredients, they are minimally processed - things like pasta, olive oil, dairy products, and prepared vegetables. Highly processed ingredients are used sparely or not at all.
