Leg day is a great day - especially if you’re looking to grow a dump truck! Glute focused leg day is important to working on getting that hour glass shape. Don’t forget to be resting 1-3 minutes in between every rep and if something is pulling STOP! (Reminder that I am not an expert and to do these exercises with caution) Some other flute focused workouts are: Bulgarian Split Squats, Squats, Squat Holds, Fire Hydrant, Glute Kickbacks, and so much more!
