Elevated Aesthetics: To achieve a chunkier appearance, we crafted a slightly higher plinth and framed it with MDF. 5. Seamless Finish: I meticulously filled any shelving holes with wood filler and lightly sanded the surface. 6. The Perfect Base: A coat of Zinsser primer prepared the surfaces for a flawless finish. 7. Harmonious Hue: I applied Farrow & Ball Eggshell paint in Inchyra Blue, matching the walls for a cohesive look. 8. Elegant Details: To add a touch of elegance, I invested in brass knobs from Amazon for just £5.99. 9.
