Snickerdoodle Pumpkin Bread A delightful twist on classic pumpkin bread with a snickerdoodle topping!  Ingredients • 1 1/2 cups flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp nutmeg • 1/2 cup butter, softened • 1 cup sugar • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1 cup pumpkin puree • 2 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract Snickerdoodle Topping: • 1/4 cup sugar • 1 tsp cinnamon Instructions: • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan. • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. • In another bowl, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
