Ingredients:
400g chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
generous pinch salt & pepper
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
1 tsp smoked paprika
pinch chilli flakes

roast at 180°c for 25-35 minutes, shaking halfway.
