Last time I made my green arched cabinet almost a year ago, I made a TON of kerf cuts on some 3/4” plywood and steamed it in order for it to bend like this. This time around, I’m using bendable plywood that I got from my local lumber warehouse and my goodness, it made my life so much easier! 🙌🏻 I used the thinner 3mm ply for the inside because in my opinion, it’s too thin to put on the outside. Then used the 9mm ply for the outside. They were pretty bendy and flexible, so I didn’t have to fight with it when installing!
