There’s nothing conventional about Dr Christa Bonnet. Her experience, which cuts across various disciplines of growth-focused transformation and change, defines her as a courageous and impact-first pioneer in the areas of spiritual formation, consulting, training and socio-economic development, leadership development, project management and facilitation, transformation as well as coaching and mentoring.  Beyond her string of professional qualifications and institutional memberships, Dr Christa’s track-record places her as someone known to challenge the convictions of environments that are not positioned for the greater good of both business and society.Dr Christa is particularly known and respected for her tremendous impact in leadership strategy and coaching both in her corporate career and through her company – The Difference Makers, where over the last 11.5 years, she has provided breakthrough solutions to organisational leaders through her development of skills training curricula to marry leadership performance with organisational success.Through “Leading with Love” - a core belief that she has infused in how she solves problems – Dr Christa’s blatant refusal for her work to have ‘selective impact’ has seen her run leadership programmes beyond the corporate landscape to reach as far as the Boksburg prison, where, through her transformative work, she pioneered the development of a third prison gang – ‘the gang of hope’.  Dr Christa’s journey has validated her as a unique, collaborative leader with a vested interest in balancing social good with profitable success. She holds multiple qualifications and professional memberships, including master’s degree (M.Com) in Financial Management, a MBA, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership. Dr Christa is currently doing her Doctorate in Ministry and Spiritual Formation. She is a certified Master Trainer in Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and Quantum Leadership, a SROI (Social-Return-on-Investment) Practitioner, a GRI (Global Reporting Initiative in Sustainability) Practitioner, as Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Coach and Practitioner, and a Professional Level III Enneagram Practitioner, Team Discovery Day Facilitator as well in being accredited in six Skills modules (Trust, Collaboration, Feedback, Conflict, Thinking Partners, Resilience). Dr Christa has completed six international Coaching Modules in 2020/21 with PCCI (Professional Christian Coaching Institute) in the USA as part of her ICF (International Coach Federation) accreditation as coach.
