Political and social changes have marked the country into two camps: supporters of the Sultanate and the nationalists led by Mustafa Kemal. Lasting conflict, both the Greeks and the Franco-British nationalists have gained ground and tilted the scales in their favor to end dynasty succeeded Osman. On the morning of November 17, last Sultan and his son ascended the British ship "Malaya" and fled. After the conflict, the Turks were invited to Lausanne where they were presented to winners. From this position they began negotiations. For Romania, the Convention in its final form became beneficial, because our perspective was adopted, and our interest to take the path through the straits has been approved.

Even more so, in this dispute between states, historians’ counsel was not asked for. The present article is based on three independent, but convergent ideas: the thesis belonging to Scott Taylor concerning this “genocide”, why Canada is the only state that recognizes “genocide” as claimed by the Armenians, as well as a document found in the National Archives of Turkey that proves the fact that the representatives of the Ottoman Empire did not issue any repressive order against the Armenian minority. Once extended on three continents, it influenced the balance of power in different zones. The rapprochement of the two modern states, Romania and Turkey, left a fruitful legacy for the historians and researchers of the Balkan space. Undeniably, the Ottoman Empire was present in the Carpathian-Danube-Pontic space, leaving behind an ethno-cultural diversity, visible even today. From wars and colaboration to alliances, the new states, Turkey and Romania, engaged on a new cooperation and defensive alliances, as well as of economic cooperation. In this respect, the collaboration within the Balkan Entente is but a single example.

The igniting spark of European politics seems to be for someone who is not familiar with the area - its residents, who are perceived as natural creators of conflicts, in a well-known conflict zone. At a closer look at the area it appears that due to its resources and its geographical position, the Balkan Peninsula has always been a tempting area, an area which had to be won through conquest. The Balkans have fallen victim to successive devastation, more than in any other civilized region on Earth. Balkan peoples had moments when they fought among themselves, occasionally one seized a portion of the territory of another, but in general, their wars were either against invaders or conquerors.

Their common purposes, defensive views, as well as the alliances they were part of, reflect this fact. These states, the forms of which were renewed at the end of The First World War, had always wished for the maintenance of peace and development according to the principles of the Peace Treaties of Paris (1919-1920). The Romanian Yugoslav cooperation in the Little Entente and The Balkan Pact represented the desire of the states in this area to settle down, to stop revisionist states' pretension of reconfiguring the borders. Situated in a restless area, Yugoslavia was compelled to be mindful and on the look out for Fascist Italy's external politics, especially after the occupation of Albania, while Romania found itself a neighbouring country of Nazi Germany after the latter occupied Czechoslovakia. Our endeavour conducts an analysis of the year 1939 through the eyes of diplomats who struggled to stay neutral and maintain their countries' territories unaltered.

Standard belief propagation (BP) algorithms are well defined and often give good approximate results for graphical models with loops.
