A heated greenhouse for vegetables is useful because the vegetation process can start more early or can continue later for can obtain several crops throughout the year. The paper presents theoretical researches accomplished for development an system of ecological heating in a greenhouse covered with a tough polyethylene wrap with triple layer. The heating system contains solar panels with heat-pipe vacuum tubes and an installation for heating the interior of the solarium using hot water hot air heaters, which adds more heat.

Grape seed oil is a by-product of the wine industry due to the need to reduce the amount of waste, but at the same time it has been found that this oil is an excellent ingredient that can be used in many industries. It is assumed that the use of twin-screw is more efficient than single-screw extraction due to the larger pressures that are created inside the press chamber. This study focuses on the finite element method analysis of how the press process is carried out. Using the finite element method, we can get an overview of how the pressure acts on the sides of the twin-screw, how it influences the temperature but also other process factors. When we have all these, we can begin optimizing the twin-screw press process.

The paper analyzes the calculation and selection algorithm according to the standard of the “secondary” component of the hydraulic drive system the linear hydraulic motor. The dimensioning and resistance calculations of the piston rod are elementary calculations for the optimization of a linear hydraulic motor within the multifunctional soil tillage equipment in agricultural holdings. This system of cylinders has been added to optimize the structure by modifying the center of gravity and reducing the occurrence of the buckling at the connection between the tie rods of the tractor and the equipment.

Studying these phenomena can help us in increasing the performance of the equipment. Also for the pressing of oilseed materials, it is helpful to understand the compression behavior of grape seeds. The purpose of this study is to find how the stress and deformation propagate in grape seeds during the compression process. Therefore, we used an advanced engineering method named finite element method that shows the propagations of stress and strain fields in grape seeds. In this paper, we made a two dimensional model of grape seed and we analyzing the dispersion of stress and strain with a dedicated software FEM. In the end, to validate the FEM model we made a compression test on grape seeds using a Hounsfield unit. This study is for highlighting the importance of the orientation of the grape seeds during the pressing process to reduce the energy consumed.
