Save this recipe because it is definitely a keeper Ingredients: • 2 cups Fine Semolina (320g) • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (200g) • 2 tsp Baking Powder • 1 tsp Baking Soda • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil(100g) • 1 cup Curd (250gm) • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder • 1/2 cup Milk (125ml) • Dried rose petals & pistachios - to garnish Method: • * In a bowl, mix together Vegetable Oil, Vanilla, sugar, cardamom powder & Curd till well combined. • * Then add fine semolina & mix.
