Ani's Castle Tamil on Instagram: "Healthy Beetroot Crackers   Ingredients:   1 Beetroot  1cup Wheat Flour  2tbs Semolina (Rava)  1/4tsp Carrom Seeds (Ajwain)  1/4tsp Nigella Seeds ( Kalonji/ Karu Jeeragam ) 1/8tsp Asafoetida 1/4cup Rice Flour  Curry Leaves  Salt   Method 🧑‍🍳  1. Steam one medium size beetroot till soft  2. Cool down n grind to fine paste  3. To the beetroot puree add above said ingredients and mix like Chapathi dough  4. Spared oil on the counter and roll like Chapathi and cut into desired shape and prick with fork  5.
