For my gluten free friends, I share delicious and simple dessert recipes using high quality ingredients. Most of these recipes use sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar. Dessert is a treat we should all enjoy every now and then. Some of us feel better without the wheat and highly refined ingredients. The result is usually a naturally rich and satisfying dessert good in its own right, not because it is trying to be something else.
