Of the suspects Nurse Adele gives nothing away but proctologist Dr Obama admits that he hated the victim and challenges Sleet to a spitting contest. Kimberley goes undercover to quiz eminent surgeon Dr Bob Geldof and his assistant Dr Andy Murray and finds that Bob was annoyed about the victim's desire to be a surgeon too.
