Like strawberries grown in a greenhouse, they bruise easily from setback and are overprotected by their parents. While setbacks are inevitable, teenagers tend to dwell too much on their failures. As our standards of living rises and families get more affluent, Singapore teenagers may sometimes lack emotional resilience, finding it hard to accept disappointment. 'Note to My Teenage Self' serves to educate and engage viewers through celebrities' personal experiences, for the teenager who is hungry to know what life is about, for the parent who wants to know more about his child or simply, an opportunity to meet some of your favourite celebrities before they were famous. 'Note to My Teenage Self' is an 8-episode talk show hosted by Lee Teng. Celebrities and personalities talk about their childhood and school days whilst reminiscing the good old teenage years. The 8 celebrities and personalities who will share with us their teenage stories are Chew Chor Meng, Jayley Woo, Romeo Tan, Elvin Ng, Chef Willin Low, Feng Tian Wei, Felicia Chin and Nick Vujicic.
