Her request is sent to a marketplace, where it is anonymously shared with subscribed vendors. Several vendors see there is a flower delivery request for a certain area and respond with information about their shop and special offers. Jennifer and her mother review the offers and select one to fulfill the request. They record a video card greeting for grandma.
