You may know him from his recurring roles on "The Sopranos", where he played NY federal agent Skip Lipari. Among other television credits, he was in the hit series "24" as Edgar Stiles, and also had roles in "Entourage" and "Las Vegas". Louis has also appeared in well-known feature films such as the Oscar-winning "The Usual Suspects" and Oliver Stone's "Natural Born Killers". He has also written, directed, and starred in his own feature film, "Doughboys" which was filmed on location in his hometown.
