The plot centers around a protagonist who is involved in a revolutionary movement. Despite his commitment to the cause, his deep love and affection for his family lead him to betray his comrades, resulting in the deaths of some of his fellow revolutionaries. Haunted by guilt and remorse, he returns to his family, but the memories of those he betrayed continue to torment him. He begins to see shadows and visions of the deceased, which intensify his mental anguish. Unable to bear the weight of his actions and the psychological torment, the protagonist ultimately decides to take his own life, ending his suffering. The film explores themes of loyalty, betrayal, guilt, and the psychological toll of difficult choices made in the context of larger societal struggles. Through its narrative, "Parchawein" delves into the complex emotions and moral dilemmas faced by individuals caught between personal allegiances and larger causes.
