Then Reg got peeved and Paw ran away with his girl. A queer intruder, known as "Squirrel Food," stole Paw's watch and sold it to Reg for the price of a feed. Then with a full stomach, he got himself a job as janitor in Paw's office. Reg came along, saw his girl with Paw and made a vow with Maw to "get" them. They got them all right, but The Nut grasping his opportunity, copped a watch and Maw's purse, and then flew the coop. Paw and the bunch gave chase and overtook The Nut in time to see him sell Maw's purse for one dollar to a pawnbroker. The latter opened the purse and found a fortune in it. The Nut saw this and died of heart failure as a penalty for his crimes. Written by Moving Picture World synopsis See less
