Before extracting any blemish on the skin, it is important that you wash your hands and face. This is to avoid contaminating the 'follicle' where bacteria will deposit itself, causing inflammation and possibly a skin infection where antibiotics are needed. TIP; It is much easier & less uncomfortable when squeezing, if you do it after bathing. This is because your follicle's are swollen & softer, due to the warmth. Therefore, the puss just pops out so easily very satisfying...!!
