Kanak Gurnani on Instagram: "Instant Rava Idli Ingredients Oil 1tbsp Rai 1/2 tbsp Chana Dal 1tbsp Urad Dal 1 tbsp Cashew 1tbsp Green Chilli 2 Curry Leaves 10 Ginger 1tbsp Hing 1/4 tsp Suji/Rava 1.5 Cups Curd 1 Cup Water 1 Cup Salt to taste Baking Soda 1tsp Steps ➡️ Heat oil in a kadhai. Make tadka using rai, urad dal, Chana dal and all the other ingredients shown in the video. Saute everything for 2 mins. ➡️ Add suji and cook everything well for 3-4 mins. Let the mixture cool for 5-7 mins. ➡️ Add Curd and water. Mix and then cover and rest the batter for 15 mins. ➡️ Add more water to adjust consistency. ➡️ Add salt to taste along with baking soda.
