RECIPE - Makes 2 cups INGREDIENTS: 1 can of Old El Paso Fat Free Refried Beans 1/3 cup of red enchilada sauce 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese DIRECTIONS: 1. Grease a small baking dish. 2. Add the beans into the dish and use the back of a spoon to spread them out evenly. 3. Top the beans with the enchilada sauce. *You can add more sauce if you’d like to. 4. Top with the shredded cheese and then cover with tinfoil. 5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
