👉 First Exercise

This exercise will stretch your hips and prevent back tightness in the morning.

1️⃣ Get on the side of your bed and put your knee at a 90-degree angle.

2️⃣ Take the leg back behind and contract your glute; you should feel a stretch on the upper side of your leg.
