Turning the backlight on my phone to a red tint. At first it looks crazy but you get used to it FAST — now other people’s phones hurt my eyes! Over time I’ve been able to gradually go more & more red, and it’s way less strain on my eyes! 2. Following natural sunlight patterns: I don’t turn on the lights in the morning — I open all of the blinds and let nature’s dimmer switch aka the sunrise, slowly bring us light.
