Perspective of ‘Linear City’, Chandigarh, India

Designed by Pierre Jeanneret and Eulie Chowdhury. This 20th-century design classic is often referred to as 'the Jeanneret chair' after Swiss architect Pierre Jeanneret. Attribution to Indian architect Eulie Chowdhury has been lost or ignored in favour of associating it with Jeanneret. Black Star Square in Accra, Ghana
Also known as Independence Square, the public square was commissioned by former Prime Minister Kwame Nkrumah to celebrate Ghanian independence in 1957. Construction was completed in 1961. The Community Centre, Accra, Gold Coast (now Ghana), 1953
