Vitamin D helps us absorb other important things like vitamin C & calcium & it also makes us feel good. We can get vitamin D from food but we can also get it FREE from the sun. The sun helps our skin to produce vitamin D. We spend a lot of time, living & working in artificial lighting, so it’s important to get outside & get safe sun exposure each day. So short bursts of sunshine or walking on sunrise & sunset can help us get vitamin D each day safely. Always cover up the skin when necessary.
