Mather work incentive posters

Mather & Company posters advertised workplace values. The company was prof the Seth Seiders Syndicate. Charles Rosenfeld coordinated the design and marketing of the posters. He first series in 1923 featured horizontal designs with more lengthy text and a three part message. In 1924-25, he messages got much shorter. And in 1929, the posters featured known artists of the time. After the stock market crash of 1929, demand dwindled and the company went out of business in 1931.
