The City of Dream – poemat epicki angielskiego poety Roberta Williamsa Buchanana, opublikowany w 1888. Utwór jest poprzedzony wierszem dedykacyjnym dla Johna Bunyana. Składa się z piętnastu ksiąg. Został napisany wierszem białym.

In the noontide of my days I had a dream,
And in my dream, which seem'd no dream at all,
I saw these things which here are written down.

And first methought, with terror on my heart,
I fled, like many a pilgrim theretofore,
From a dark City built beside the sea,
Crying, 'I cannot any longer bear
The tumult and the terror and the tears,
The sadness, of the City where I dwell;
