Tried Narrator on Microsoft Edge (Chromium) 109 on Windows 7. Somehow, it doesn't read Edge's web content, apparently. Nonetheless, at least Chromium Edge has its own Immersive Reader, which reads content aloud.
Almost forgot: I read some thread about Microsoft Narrator being incompatible with Google Chrome but works well with Chromium(?) Edge. And the thread is early this year, NOT years ago. As I can assume, this is concerning Windows 10 or 11.

Everything is fine in Chrome, it seems to me that this is a problem with Edge.

Sounds good to me. Want to create a ticket?
Given that IE11 has been downgraded to Grade C support, combined with the current font-size work being done in Vector (introducing rems & css custom properties), I think it might be time to drop this workaround from Vector 2022 in order to relieve some maintenance overhead.

Per my previous comment, I think this is not a bug.

I tested it through a mobile app for Android (Android 13), app version: 2.7.50450-r-2023-08-15, and this visual bug is present. The page that was used for testing is User:Repakr/sandbox (English Wikipedia).

@Bugreporter Yeah, it's because pasting into a plain textarea doesn't allow it to try pasting the rich-text variants.
Note there are no problem when pasting to normal WikiEditor.
It's because Edge tries to be cute and copies the link as rich text (i.e. "Example Domain"), and VisualEditor rejects external links in pastes by default.

This appears to be something specific about Example.ogg in particular, not Ogg Voribs files in general. In fact it cannot be played with VideoJS on Chromium at all: T326036: Example.ogg cannot be played on Chrome. But Phonos can play it once, so there must be something that can be fixed there.
