Kindly asking to have the following accounts of my WMDE colleagues added
@Deniz_WMDE @Fring @Andrew-WMDE @dang @Charlie_WMDE @AnnieKim_WMDE @Valerie_Wollinger_WMDE

They are all staff working on Wikibase Cloud initiative and from time to time need to create a project for different initiatives around their product.
Thank you.

hi @Ladsgroup, I need to request that @mforns be added to this group, he is a lead on a number of projects within Data Products and as part of his work he'll need permissions to be able to manage projects. Thanks!

sorry, I don't own the process, I just help in straightforward cases (one or two people in a team to unblock their work). I can't decide on mass addition of many users on my own (someone needs to decide would this violate principle of least privilege or not, and that's not me). If you're blocked, please mention one or two so I can unblock you (usually EMs/PMs)

could we please have @Deniz_WMDE and @Charlie_WMDE added. They act as board creators in the team currently. Thank you

Hi, I am a manager for the Research team (I report to Leila). I would like to have Admin permissions (something like that) because I need to manage tags, projects and assignees

Hey Jack, I've added you as a project admin—you should have permission to create projects here in Phabricator. Please remember to follow the icon and color scheme, that subprojects and milestones exist, and that Phabricator is a public place: Project descriptions should never be empty but have a link to more information and point to a code repository location when applicable.

Reach out if you have questions, I'm @thcipriani in all the places.

I request permissions to create milestones so that I can take over creating quarter milestones for the Language-Team project.

Hi, could you please add @Lina_Farid_WMDE to the group? She's WMDE TechWish's new product manager and needs to maintain the relevant projects. Thanks a lot!

Apologies for my impatience but the usual time for action on those requests has been quick, therefore I wonder if maybe this request was lost.
Anyone of Phabricator admins would be able to please look into this access request?

@Aklapper any chance you could help finding a phabricator admin who could unblock as here with the above request? thanks!

@WMDE-leszek Hi, sorry. I added @WMDECyn as a member to acl*Project-Admins.

Hi there! I'm Giovanna and I work for the Culture and Heritage team at the Foundation. As a continuation of the Commons Impact Metrics project, I need to create another workboard to allow community members and GLAMs to request new categories to be added to the process so that they can check their metrics. We will have a customized pre-filling form, which will be shared, and we will keep track of the workboard requests. Thank you!

Hi @GFontenelle_WMF. If you need it to create one workboard only. I can create it for you instead. Would that be enough?

Hi @Ladsgroup! Thank you for the offer. I'm actually not sure if that's enough and I appreciate some guidance/suggestions. I need to have the workboard, but also maintain it and create some customized pre-filling forms, which will be used to request the categories that will added to the Commons Impact Metrics dataset. Is it possible to accomplish all of that with a non-admin account? If yes, then I would very much welcome the creation of the workboard! :D Otherwise, I would need an admin account indeed myself.

We do not hand out admin permissions in this task - this task is only about project creation permissions. :)
For Forms, please follow https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Forms (different permissions) - thanks!

Hi @Ladsgroup and @Aklapper, I see! I now understand where I had my misunderstanding. I'm sorry for the confusion. :/

Please add @JayCano , EM for the Trust and Safety Product Team , so that he can make sprint boards. :)

Hello, can I be added in so I can make milestones in my Developer Outreach role?

Hello, can I be added in so I can make milestones in my Developer Outreach role?

Done! (Please see earlier standard disclaimers on this task.)

I was added to this group, but it seems like I'm not part of the corresponding acl and I cannot create sprints or modify any existing project my team owns. Could someone help me, please?

Whoops, you maybe got added to Project-Admins instead of acl*Project-Admins — you're a member of the latter now.

Hi folks. Can @valerio.bozzolan be added to create milestones (sprints) regularly? Also this very kind user: @ValerioBoz-WMCH thanks :)

P.S. - hoping to be useful, maybe relevant discussion: T374809

Hello, taking over Sprint / Milestone management from @lbowmaker I need to be able to create milestones for the Data Engineering team. This typically happens quarterly, see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/7069/
Thank you!

Hello -
I have a few batch additions to suggest for the teams and projects I work with.

  1. Design System Team: Can you add @AnneT , @egardner , @lwatson , and @Catrope to acl*Project-Admins ? these members of the Design System Team rotate sprint leader responsibilities and will need the ability to create milestones under that project , namely https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/5858/ .
  1. Web Team: Can you also add: @Jdrewniak , @bwang , @KSarabia-WMF , @SToyofuku-WMF , @LMora-WMF ? these folks are members of the Web team and need the ability to create milestones under https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/7529/ .
  1. Future Audiences Team: Finally, can you add @derenrich , @etz , and @Maryana ? They're members of the Future Audiences Team and need to create milestones/subprojects under https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/6706/

Please reach out with any questions/comments/concerns. Thanks!
