On a Windows Phone when you click the edit button you get the message "You are not allowed to edit this page." This is not true but what is actually happening is the device does not support editing. We should make this error message less confusing.

Now I see a black rectangle with no string, both in en.wiki and ca.wiki.
It would be still worth to test with a recent Windows Phone. Mine is just a temporary replacement running still WP 7.5.
