Over the last year or so, we've gradually transitioned from using Ingenico as our primary payment processor to using Adyen, culminating in this patch, which redirects all incoming Ingenico form visits to an equivalent Adyen form. However, it is conceivable that we might need to use Ingenico as a backup processor for the 6ENC 2023 campaign if Adyen has an outage, so let's look at what we'd need to do to make that possible.

A first step might be wrapping the behaviour in the redirect patch linked above in a conditional managed by config. There's also a question about recurring donations and if we can migrate new Ingenico recurring to Adyen if we have to call on the backup option.

It's unlikely that we will need to use Ingenico, but if we do, let's confirm that we can.
