The prev, next, and index links in the #p-associated-pages area display with background images for the arrows. These are not displaying correctly in Desktop Improvements (Vector 2022) skin, which adds a coloured bar to the bottom on hover. The bottom margin is also incorrect, and causes the other links to have whitespace below them.
The blue and black bars should be the same hight y axis here:

Reason:
The fundamental issue here is you are sharing a stylesheet between two different skins Vector and Vector 2022. I suggest moving away from that.
